Below you will find the irrefutable evidence about the scheme our Vice President Sandra Gonzalez attempted in trying to make a $2,000.00 commission in exchange for breaking rules stated in our bylaws. On August 22nd, at 9:29 AM Sandra sent a listing agreement to the unit owner. At 9:41 am the owner received a text notification to check her email regarding the contract. The unit owner replied  that she wanted to work with her own Realtor. Sandra then voided the agreement and on August 24th, two days later passionately stated that this owner should not be given an exception to break the rule.
